  Having been raised in the frozen Puritan North, I have what is known to some folks as a work ethic. Other folks call it a demented drive towards heart attack and premature death. You be the judge.

  When I was at Syracuse, I worked at a place called the Inn Complete, where I was a bouncer, bartender, kitchen staffer, and advertising director. Here's some of my favorite ads from that time. Way too cool.

  There's a long gray period along here somewhere, in which I faced the trials of a hero and came out triumphant. Or whatever.

TechKnowledge   For a while there I was working for TechKnowledge Communications, doing a web site for Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge and Rice and reading Usenet for money.
