Its new office floor plan consists of a large central work area surrounded by private offices. This design supports the team-focused, dynamic process the company employs to create its first-rate Web sites while recognizing its employees' needs for privacy when it is time to put fingers to keyboard. As additional staff is added, the floor plan will be replicated for each additional unit.
